#2 Applied territorial research

1) Stakeholder interviews Talk with authorities, merchants, residents, and entrepreneurs to assess openness to Bitcoin. 2) Market and compliance analysis Evaluate current adoption, barriers, and local regulatory context. 3) Infrastructure assessment Review POS systems, connectivity, payment rails, and technical training gaps. 4) Data consolidation and reporting Turn findings into an actionable report to design workshops, messaging, and implementation phases.

#3 Circular economy pilot

Controlled execution with merchants and volunteer users to validate everyday Bitcoin usage. Includes: - onboarding and operational training - payment support and issue resolution - usage, retention, and satisfaction metrics - lessons to scale with less friction

#4 Community expansion

Scaling the validated model to more areas and economic sectors. Includes: - expansion of the allied-merchant network - stronger community and local ambassadors - public communication of results - continuous improvement of the education program
